nadya | Sometimes I just hate my body.

Today I experienced a not so happy thing called bronchial spasm, while swimming front crawl in the lake... It was really not fun. I thought that if this persists I'll drown, but I flipped on my back and after some really hard tries to breath, my airways opened up. And now I know what people with asthma feel.

I don't really know what caused the spasm, but in a normal asthma attack the trigger can be physical activity and I was swimming pretty fast.
